It’s the week between Christmas and the New Year. This week is infamous for leaving us lost and confused. We don’t know where to be, what to do, or even what day it is.
Opinions on how to best spend this time vary from person to person. Some folks like to relax, binge watch their favorite shows and eat everything in sight. Other folks are right back to the office and the daily grind. I feel strongly that this is a time to lean in to exactly what you need in order to reset for the year ahead.
If you have been running hard for the last 12 months, perhaps this time is best spent relaxing and unwinding. If you are rearing to go in 2023, maybe you should spend this week planning and setting yourself up for success in the new year.
